The VISION for the Leadership Accountability Programme Committee (LAPC) is to create revitalized global, national, organizational and personal commitment and responsibility for ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The MISSION of the Leadership Accountability Programme Committee is to nurture and present the leadership excellence needed to achieve this vision.

Our GOAL is to engage new, non-traditional and existing leaders, for rapid and measurable progress against HIV/AIDS.

Our OBJECTIVES are to identify, address and debate political, legal, financial, scientific, social and institutional challenges and solutions.
